Position Overview:
Replicon, the Time Intelligence company, offers award-winning cloud-based solutions for enterprise time, project and resource management. Replicon’s innovative Polaris product line introduces the world’s first self-driving solutions for Professional Services Automation and Project Portfolio Management, helping project-driven enterprises deliver increased revenue and profitability. Some of our many awards include: Leader in Time Tracking, Professional Services Automation, Time and Attendance 2021; Silver Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service 2021.
We are looking for full-stack engineers to join our 700+ member team who are passionate about technology and work on our Time Intelligence platform. Our SaaS application is used globally by 7800+ customers in 80+ countries including PwC, Siemens, FedEx, NTT, Expedia, Moody’s, SAS, Facebook, and Hyatt with more than 1.6 million users. We want to grow our team with engineers who are passionate about building great applications and care about giving our customers a great user experience.
Working at Replicon is an opportunity to take on the unique challenges of a successful, large scale SaaS business application that has evolved throughout the years as web applications have been more sophisticated and technically complex. We challenge ourselves to solve customer problems on a flexible & customizable platform, while we support scaling out to the world's largest multinational corporations, and constantly build and evolve our easy-to-use customer-first product. It's a "never-stop-learning" environment, where you'll be working with a strong technical team and integrate cutting edge technology with tried and tested core platforms.
What you need to bring:
  • Software development skills across the entire stack – UI, Services, Data and Infrastructure
  • Technology toolbelt that includes leading edge languages and tools with knowledge on when and why to use them
  • Having experience with AWS is an asset, but any Cloud infrastructure platform is a strong starting point (eg. Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Adopt industry best practices in all of your projects - TDD, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, linting
  • Pragmatic enough to deliver an MVP, but aspirational enough to think about how it will work with millions of users and adapt to new challenges
  • Desire and capability to take ownership of an application’s stack, quality, architecture, deployment and tooling to give our millions of customers a great experience
  • Readiness to hit the ground running – you may not know how to solve everything right off the bat, but you will put in the time and effort to understand so that you can
Our technology stack is diverse and constantly evolving, but currently contains:
  • TypeScript / JavaScript
  • React.js
  • Ember.js
  • Apollo GraphQL
  • Node.js, including Express.js
  • C# / .NET
  • Python
  • Docker
  • PostgreSQL
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies, including, but not limited to, S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, ECS, Kinesis, CloudWatch
  • Terraform

  • Global engineering teams with a transition happening from primarily in-office (pre-pandemic), completely work-from-home (pandemic), to a hybrid in-office & work-from-home model (future, 2022 and onwards)
  • Relentless desire to continuously improve
Benefits:

  • Long-term savings: matching RRSP contributions
  • Health and Dental plan fully covered by Replicon
